    How do you keep the bag from leaking everywhere between pancakes?

      Rotate the bag so the tip is up (this stops the flow of batter), then rest it back in the bowl.

      then rinse it out and let it dry and reuse it!

      Reusable piping bags are available, if single-use plastic isn't your thing.
      (fun fact: cooks originally used piping bags exclusively, but these days have shifted to using mostly Ziploc bags)
